"Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."

"It went well. The installation took 2 1/2 days. The technicians arrived on time and explained what they would be doing that day. They were neat and effecient and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. They finished as scheduled and showed me how to use the system before leaving. The system seemed to work initially but I realized that the air wasn't getting cool. I called and they sent a tech out the following day, who promptly found out what the problem was and corrected it. Overall the experience was very positive from the visit of the sales rep to the final tech visit.We originally purchased the system for zoned air conditioning for our older home.
