Steve and Carlos started with a chimney cleaning but we soon realized the liner in the chimney was crumbling. They took pictures and videos of the inside of the chimney to explain the problem. Since it was a serious problem, they put in a new liner and stayed until after 9PM to get the job done. Steve and Carlos were professional, efficient and they cleaned up at the end of the job.
