"Ken and Ken Jr. were polite, friendly and did a fantastic job!!! My water heater was bursting at the bottom seam and my basement was filled with 4â deep huge puddles of water. After being given the run around and some very inflated prices by other plumbers Ken came to my rescue. Not only did he come within a couple of hours of my call but he saved me between $1100 and $1800!!! He put in the same hot water heater that the other 2 companies I called were going to, came faster then anyone else could and was fast , friendly and affordable. I am happy I found a new plumber I can trust. Thank you Ken & Ken Jr. for coming to the rescue. Iâ m very happy."

He is very upfront about everything and is honest about the prices of things, always working to get us the best deal possible. He also is a good communicator and was always a phone call, email, or text away - often responding within minutes. When problems inevitably came up, as they do in such an old home, he worked with us directly to make sure they were resolved in an economical way, and generally, the initial quote accounted for these things.
