"WR Builders Inc. handled our basement remodel, and we could be happier with the results. The project was completed on time and within budget, and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. They were easy to communicate with and offered great design ideas that we hadn’t even considered. Highly recommend!"

"As a testament to how happy we were with our first renovation provided by the Curtice Group in 2021, which provided completely new kitchen/dining/mudroom/bath, we hired Scott and his team again in 2024-25 for another major renovation. This job was composed of 3 main parts: a gut remodel of our main bathroom, renovation of a large attic space (about 700 sq ft), and whole-home conversion from steam radiators (gas) to heat pumps including removal of all radiators and a chimney. The bathroom now is attractive and more functional, the attic adds a large amount of useful space as an office/kid room/guest area, and central air makes a more comfortable climate. I’m a big fan of the design/build concept, because you really don’t want to separate those two elements into different contractors, and if you find a talented company, they can handle all aspects of the job fluidly. Scott Curtice has a real knack for design, he is attentive and cares about details, and he will perform carpentry and touch-up work as needed. Moreover, he handled all the project coordination so that we could do the jobs that we do well, which do not include home renovation."

"It was wonderful working with Jason and his crew on our Master Bathroom remodel. He was always prompt and courteous and had great suggestions for us while we were planning out the project. The bathroom is simply beautiful and can't say enough about the quality of work. Very happy customer!"

"When we started looking for a contractor on Angie's List, we were skeptical that we could find someone who could do three things: being within our budget, easy to communicate with and making sure that the final product was of high quality. We had a big project (renovating two bathrooms, renovating a kitchen, taking down a wall, removing wood paneling from multiple rooms, remodeling our basement, including removing asbestos tile from the whole basement, whole house interior painting, remodeling the laundry room, installing new light fixtures everywhere, etc) and Sanfer ended up being the perfect contractor for us. He was so easy to get in touch with and he did a great job keeping us updated on the project as it was coming along (we weren't living there at the time). While the project ended up going over the original budget we set, we also added multiple projects along the way that Sanfer was able to accomplish. The other thing we truly appreciated is that Sanfer has a true eye for quality and was able to ensure everything was exactly to our standards -- the tiling, the painting, even the installation of our new doorknobs. He even brought certain things up to us to help make the home more secure and prevent future damage (putting up stronger supports under our deck, fixing the flashing around the chimney) that he didn't need to do. When a few things needed to be fixed after the renovations were complete, he wasted no time in sending someone out to do the repair. Sanfer was so nice, honest, and enjoyable to work with, things we were not expecting to find in our general contractor but which made the whole renovation experience that much more positive. We would absolutely recommend him and his crew to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy contractor who will do a high-quality job for a fairly reasonable price."

"Firstly I choose Jeff because of his outstanding reviews and very reasonable quote. I was not disappointed. Jeff and his team did an excellent job on a challenging bathroom addition. It basically consisted of transforming a storage space under the roof with inadequate head hight into a full bathroom. Jeff worked closely with me on the design giving good practical suggestions and was extremely professional in the construction. This included getting a structural engineer to verify roof loads after installing a huge skylight that provided necessary head height. He also had the great idea to change the design to include a bath in a very tight space after work had begun. Jeff was outstanding in his communication and flexibility to change the project design once under construction. Everyone on his team was excellent ranging from carpenters, plumbing, electrical, painting etc.. and Jeff was great at coordinating them all. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him!"

"Tess is delightful to work with, she brings a fresh perspective to the spaces she’s designing, and she offers stunning designs to ensure your space is not only beautiful but also functional. I initially hired Tess to help me redesign only one room, my dining room, since I had never worked with a designer before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Once we nailed down my style, Tess put together an absolutely gorgeous design, helping me choose furniture that was expressed who I am in a way I didn’t know furniture could. After my dining room, I hired Tess to redesign three additional rooms. The process for the additional rooms went very smoothly because Tess really understood what I was looking for and was able to present me with ideas I loved immediately. Tess genuinely listens to what you want and need, she’s there to support you throughout the whole process, and she’s just really fun to work with. I highly recommend hiring Tess for your redesign needs!"

"Humberto and his team were terrific! They refinished the walls in 3 rooms of our house and their work was top notch. They removed wallpaper, sanded, plastered and painted our walls so that now they look pristine. I asked them if they could put in new doors and they did a great job with that too. I would refer this team to friends and family and will be using them again for other projects."

"Richard has an incredible wealth of information and resources to share. He helped make sense of the remodel process and helped put together a plan of action for my projects."

It went flawlessly.  Bill had originally planned to do the work two weeks before but it didn't fit well with my
schedule so he changed the work date.  Bill responded quickly to all my emails and texts so that I knew
exactly what was happening and when.  Since the design of the porch was one that I came up with and
the dimensions of the porch were odd due to the age of the house Bill had to custom make my half walls.
When the job was finished he not only swept and vacuumed the porch and steps he also swept and
vacuumed the walkway and the driveway.  My next door neighbor who is in the construction business
commented on the quality of the work and the neatness of my property after Bill left.
This is the fourth time I have used Bill Neary for home repairs and I am saving money for project #5.
If you need any home repairs done do yourself a favor and give Bill a call.  This man is a rare bred in
my experience with contractors  -- he is on time, on budget, communicates and is neat.

"MMP was fantastic. They were easy to work with and did great work. We only had trouble with 2 sub-contractors during this project (Granite & Kitchen design) and they were the sub-contractors that my wife and I selected ourselves outside of MMP... we wish we had used MMP for everything because they did such a good job. I can't recommend them enough. We'd definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone."
