Our historic pre-Civil War property required the TLC that the Gold Painting crew delivered. Minor carpentry (above and beyond expectations), thorough power-washing, scraping, priming (oil) and top coating (Sherwin Williams Duration latex), and meticulous clean-up. Both parts of the ambitious two-part project (front of the barn (rustic red) & street-facing side of the house (extreme white) + painting and hanging 13 solid wood shutters-satin black); driveway-facing side of the house that required covering many windows) + painting the front door were completed in just four days. As an unexpected but highly welcome bonus, Tony had Nelci and Milton paint the front porch decking. I solicited quotes from five contractors and my wife and I are more than delighted with the flawless result. "The painters were very diligent about using clean drop clothes throughout. They were very professional and polite. The job came out nice. My only complaint was even though they covered everything there was still some light paint on the floors. They painted the ceiling in the master bedroom and some paint on the walls was noticed We never called them to complain. Overall we would use them again.
