"The experience was very stressful. The siding crew was very rough on our 1774 home. They damaged portions of the trim, a window, and the metal roof. I had to constantly monitor the crew to make sure they minimized damage and completed the work correctly. It was difficult communicating with the Spanish-speaking crew. Materials are in my yard that still have not been picked up 2 weeks later. The finished siding looks good, but that is the best complement I can make. "I had them remove asbestos siding on a three family house. When first contacted they promptly sent someone over to estimate the job. We accepted and they began work about 6 weeks later. Abide brought sufficient help and it appeared that they complied with all laws. The workers wore those disposable white suits, they covered windows, and taped off the area with yellow tape. It took them three days to complete the job. They completed according to contract and supplied us with all legal paperwork required. I gave them a B for quality because they brought a lift onto the site and did not mitigate by using boards under it. All in all a very good transaction.
