"I obtained three estimates and CBC Painting was in the middle. I chose CBC Painting due to the reviews on Angie's List.
The work was scheduled and began on time. The work crew was friendly and worked hard. Bob (owner of CBC Painting) had his partner on site during the execution of the job the majority of the time.
Unfortunately, during the spraying of the roof overhang, a paint spray gun malfunctioned which resulted in paint over-spray getting on a newly resurfaced deck and some exterior doors. I contacted Bob and he came promptly the same day to review the problem as well as other questions I had. Bob had the deck resurfaced and all exterior doors repainted the next day. Additionally, the crew reinspected all spray work and repainted virtually all of it.
Bottom line...... things happen with any project. The mark of a truly fine contractor is how they react to the problem. CBC went above and beyond to address all of my concerns and correct the over-spray problem. We were very satisfied with the final product.

"Rodolfo and his team were great.  we are getting our house ready to go on the market--  he was on time, flexible about the work   (the day they were to start we were still choosing colors-- he helped with the color selection and then cheerfully began the work the following day.)  His team worked around our schedule, including doing some of the painting while we were out of town.  When we decided to change a color (for the master bath) he helped us to choose the color  (which was MUCH better).  His carpenter did a great job with reframing/reglazing the edging on the entryway stained glass windows and Rodolfo matched the color of the stain perfectly.  When we didn't like the initial job of the broom closet, he had his carpenter redo it with another door and now it looks great.

All in all, despite being a very big job, (which kept increasing in size) he and his team were a pleasure to work with.

We still have a little more work to be done (sanding and staining a worktable, "cleaning up" the kitchen cabinets, and hauling off some wood, old shelves and miscellaneous other large items from our basement) which will be done in the next couple of weeks.

"Bright Painting may have converted me to the benefits of hiring painters! They did my living/dining are, entry and ceilings including my kitchen ceiling. The ceilings had some peeling paint (due to calcimite paint underneath) and water stains. Bright Painting did an excellent job. The work looks so much better than what I can do! Plus, it was done start to finish in 2 days. I am very happy!"
