"Leading up to the move they were extremely responsive and efficient. They dropped off boxes in advance, answered all my questions, returned calls, etc. They arrived promptly, were friendly and professional, surveyed the apartment and the work ahead, and then immediately got to work. Whenever I had new information or instructions (certain items I wanted left behind, or I noted a few items in the basement) they took all that in stride with ease. I needed the most help with packing my kitchen which was a massive feat, and the one man who worked on that was an absolute champion, wrapping each dish, with care while the others dismantled and wrapped furniture, loaded boxes, boxed all the random odds and ends that i hadn't finished packing, and loaded them on the truck. they even carried my mini upright piano down two flights of stairs! Life saved, adored my team and would never call anyone else for the job."
