"Jay prepared and stained extensive decking at my home. When he was through power-washing and sanding the wood looked brand new, and it's a minimum of 14 years old. I wanted the stain brushed and rolled, not sprayed. Jay applied 3 coats because the deck was so dry it took that much stain to achieve the desired result. At this point I wish I had taken before pictures because the appearance of my whole home has been radically improved as a result of this project and how Jay executed it.
