"Peter came out to my house to give me my estimate. We walked the property together so he could ask any necessary questions about the paint job. Peter noticed some rotted boards that was present that I haven't noticed before. He told me not to worry his guys could take care of that too. He explained how they prepped the house so the paint job lasted. Peter was very knowledgeable when he was explaining the whole paint process. When his guys showed up for work they were very polite and professional. Everyday before it ended they spent about a hour cleaning up and picking up the yard so it was presentable and moved the ladders close to the house so the kids didn't get hurt while playing in the yard. I will be needing the interior of my house painted and North Shore Painting will be the only phone call for that task."

This summer he painted our rental unit and as usual did a wonderful job - he shows up on time, is very neat, and does a very professional job. He also just power washed and stained our first floor porch, painted some new window trims that we'd just had replaced, and also repainted some of the trim around the porch even though we hadn't asked him to do so. It looks great! Erivan takes great pride in his work and we always feel like he's taking care of our home as if it is his own. He is also a very warm and friendly person."

"Perfect. This was not a typical job. Normally painters paint flat surfaces. This job was to paint (stain) 62 6-sided boards installed as a pergola. I tried to do it myself but only did 4 boards before I gave up and called Target Painting. (Another company refused the job.) Gene was great, as well as all the crew. At one point, one of the painters went up on the roof to monitor the progress and inspect the hard-to-reach places. Everything was great, including the cleanup."

He helped us decide between oil stains and solid paints and gave us plenty of help by application of samples to our wood siding. His carpentars made all necessary repairs and replacement to the siding and the trim. When it rained they held off any work and he put extra workers on it so we finished it in a timely manner. I will definitely hire Marco for future work both exterior and interior. He wasn’t the cheapest bid, but when additional changes were needed he worked with us to stay within a reasonable budget. Work was further delayed through no fault of Arch Painting due to continuous wet weather. Once a good weather window finally occurred, the work was performed quickly with no impact on us.
