"Sun Bug is a 5/5 star company. I inquired with 4 solar companies and these guys stood out from the pack from day one with a responsive fast estimate, scheduling that was easy, and an installation crew who arrived on time, were neat and cleaned up every day. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it and now my new solar panels produce enough energy to cover the average daily use, just as they planned. You must call them before you buy."

"My neighbor and I share a furnace room. A couple of days ago, Kevin from Genove was doing her annual service and noticed that the boiler for my baseboard heating had a slow leak. He shut it off so that it wouldn't flood our basement and notified me of the problem, explaining it in detail so I could tell my oil company what was wrong when I called them for emergency service. Thanks to Kevin noticing a problem in equipment he wasn't servicing, we avoided major damage."

"I contacted Solar Medix replace two DC string inverters on our 15 year old solar array. As it turned out, they were able to correct some wiring instead of replacing the inverters! Thank you for doing a fantastic job! They saved us a few thousand dollars! And I highly recommend them!"

"I hired Eric to install a Lochinvar noble heating unit in my home and he and his teams did an amazing job. I will certainly be engaging Eric in the future should any future service needs arise. Eric and his teams were very professional and punctual. They were able to complete the job on time as promised (in two days) and they worked diligently, efficiently, and took care to keep my home clean and follow Covid safety protocols (which I highly appreciated). I would definitely recommend Eric and his teams if you are looking to get a job like this done and get it done at a reasonable price and with truly quality work and technicians."

"Sales rep arrived promptly, answered all questions clearly, gave us two different price options, and did not push us for an immediate commitment. The installation team was overseen by two seasoned staff. They were able to connect our solar hot water panels to the new system, which another firm said could not be done. All the work was completed on time, and they showed us how every component worked. Their office is handling the paperwork for our rebate for replacing a furnace that was more than 30 years old. From our experience, this is a professional organization, with competent staff at every level. Their price seemed a little high, but the quality of the work justified it."

"We worked with Andy, Matt and Alex to have a Mitsubishi split system installed in our home and they did an excellent job explaining the system and installing it. They worked with us in choosing the location and type of units we wanted with regard to function and aesthetics. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating and the house was left in perfect condition each day when they left. We highly recommend this company!"

"Ed was extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain what is often complicated issues to a consumer. He offered options and information on current and future projects (ie compatibility of dimmer switches and light bulbs) all with the top priority of home safety. When he left, there was no evidence that work had even been done. I donâ t personally give 5 star ratings casually. But when they are earned, I give them willingly !"

"My solar inverter stopped working in my existing solar system, and since my original installer went out of business, I had a hard time finding someone to replace the inverter provided by SolarEdge. It was a small job, and most large companies weren’t interested, while those willing to help were booked out for at least a couple of months. I contacted Justin, and he replaced the inverter within just a few days. He was very friendly, efficient, and offered a very reasonable price. Justin was also extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated throughout the process. He arrived on time, completed the work neatly, and made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. Overall, his professionalism, honesty, and dedication to customer satisfaction made the whole experience stress-free and smooth."

"Paul has always done excellent quality work for me. Really happy with his work and professionalism. Highly recommended"
