Rob Blanchflower and his crew were amazing! Rob responded to my message immediately and showed up to check out the job the next day. He was very professional and gave us a more than fair quote. We then added soffits and fascia replacement and he had a new quote for us by evening. Our initial start date was the beginning of June, but Rob was able to fit us in 3 weeks early! His crew worked as a true team and put in long days, thus enabling them to finish the 3 day job in 2 days. They cleaned up EVERYTHING…..our yard looked better after they came than before! Through the whole project, Rob kept us informed via text and phone. I would definitely recommend Blanchflower Construction Company to anyone who appreciates a job well done. We couldn’t be more pleased.

The owner Robert Blanchflower is professional, friendly and really listened to my concerns and needs. His project manager Brandon Davis was very attentive to both me and his wonderful crew. They worked extremely hard and finished the job in one day. They cleaned up. The whole area including neighboring properties. My neighbors were quite happy as well. I would recommend them highly. The owner, Rob and his team did an excellent job with replacing my roof. Rob was present from the beginning and all the way through the job while the team worked tirelessly, quickly, and efficiently to get the roof done in 90 plus degree heat! The yard was left just as it was found and the roof looks great! Would highly recommend Rob and his team!

Rob and his crew are fantastic. He gave us a straight-forward quote with a good price. He also gave us more information by far about the state of our roof than anyone else and was helpful in planning out underlayments for beneath solar panels. He's easy to work with and a nice guy who cares about doing good work. The crew was amazing. They got the whole job done in less than six hours for a fairly complex roof. Handled all the permits and paperwork very professionally. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly and smoothly. They repaired missing and damaged boards and crafted a custom flashing around a vintage cast iron vent pipe. They cleaned up thoroughly and waited patiently for a late disposal dumpster. A successful project.

I had a great experience with Blanchflower Construction Company repairing and staining my deck and balcony. Rob was professional, thoughtful, considerate, punctual, and handled everything with great attention to detail. He was prompt to answer any questions I had as well.

Robert with Blanchflower Construction came to my home on his day off to look at my basement bulkhead that needed major repair/replacement. Parts needed to be chiseled out, redone, and rebuilt. When I didn't purchase the correct bulkhead for the project, he went out of his way to offer to pickup the correct items needed. I would have let him if I didn't need to bring back the other parts, but I was able to switch out to what I needed. This meant Robert and his team needed to return in a weeks time to complete. They covered the opening and made it secure as I was throwing an 8 year olds bday party before he came back. Working with Robert and his team went extremely smooth, from quote thru job completion. I have no issues recommending him to anyone I know, and will be using them again for the many other projects this 1800's Era house throws at me.
