"Mr. Phalan took care of a tricky repair to an old style solid wood exterior door on a 2nd floor deck. The door was quite heavy and had several glass panels in it, too. Bob quickly rebuilt the busted hinge and had the old door working “better than new”, in about 30 minutes. Quick and clean job!"

"The job couldn't have gone more smoothly. April, in the office, initially allowed me to provide pictures and measurements in order to guide the determination of the appropriate size, thus eliminating the delay of waiting for someone to come out to measure. It was quickly determined that the size was a standard one and the panes were ordered that same day. The installers came out within the same week to install. They were professional and courteous ... and did an excellent job. They even cleaned the doors (both the two panes they repaired and the two they didn't) so that the entire glass wall looks absolutely clear."

"Tom did a fantastic job. We love the way it turned out. He was incredibly pleasant and easy to work with. He communicated well with us throughout the project. I have to add that it wasn't the easiest -- the tile company sold our tile (that we bought and paid for) to someone else and we had to scramble at the last minute to find something else. Tom even offered to go to tile stores on our behalf and find something similar! He did a great job and we would hire him again."

"Bertie just completed amazing plaster work in our older home. He was a perfectionist the entire time and it shows in his work. He worked very hard the entire time he was at my home. Definitely recommend him for your project."

"Been in the co stir too. And remodeling industry for 25+ years. Great work, professionalism, and attention to detail. 4 shower doors, and glass installed in walk in showers."

"My problem is that my painting is pealing and they told us that they have a warranty and they are not returning my calls to resolve my problem. After a couple of calls, Fabricio came out and resolved the problem."

"This was our first time using them. We found them on the internet then gave them a call to put an addition on. Everything turned out beautifully. When we called to get pricing and talk about the job they were very friendly and accommodating. They made the process seamless! Their pricing was very reasonable. The workers were prompt, polite and professional. They were very courteous and they were respectful of our home. They also did a great job of being tidy and cleaning up after themselves! I will have to remember next time that remodeling is a bit of a noisy process, but I can handle the noise for such a beautiful outcome! You will not be disappointed!"

"Good Window Works, Inc. gave me an estimate that was close to the amount that I was charged. They came on time and my cracked pane of glass was repaired in a timely manner"

"My window frames were very old and their installer had his work cut out for him but he did a wonderful job in installing a patio glass replacement."
