This was a long-distance, out-of-state move that Stairhopper Movers actually made a shockingly easy and enjoyable (can you say that about moving?) experience. They have the process down to a science with great communication and outreach, but more importantly, they have a professional, efficient and friendly team who were a pleasure to work with every step of the way. And the price was very reasonable for the services performed. I'm hoping to never move again, but if I do, I'll be calling Stairhopper!

Our service was really exceptional. Nelson and his crew were on-time to Belmont, courteous, very helpful and super quick. On a hot day they were able to move us out of the old spot and into the new in less time than budgeted, and all furniture and boxes were handled with great care (no damage to items or the apartments). 5/5 would definitely use again (in fact, after our experience our daughter is now planning to use them next moth!).

Stairhoppers were absolutely incredible. They were so efficient, understood direction on what to take vs. not, and were very flexible when the reserved parking had a bit of an issue. They had me moved out of my old place and into my new place in under 2 hours. I cannot recommend them enough

I tend to be a little skeptical about moving companies, but these guys did exactly what they said they would, for exactly the quoted price with absolutely zero problems! They moved us from Boston to Indianapolis, picking up on day 1 and dropping off on day 3 - just as they had promised. Super-nice, careful, professional crew that really wanted us to feel relaxed about the whole process, and they made that possible!

Stairhopper Movers were excellent! They moved us from our 1 bedroom apartment to new house in 4 hours (so speedy). When they arrived we still had some boxes that needed to be taped up and items that needed to be packed and they took care of everything for us . We were very pleased with their service.
