"After we called him Liam came by one evening after work, looked at the scope of the job and had a quote to me within 2 days. We scheduled the work but had to postpone due to rain. Rescheduled and had the work done. - Removed rotted wall trim board from around all four edges of deck and removed from site. - Supplied and installed new composite trim boards on edge deck on all four sides. - Re-secured joists to beam and reinstalled the decking that had sunk because of rotten joists to same location. - Removed existing broken attic stairs and replaced with new stairs and trim. All done personally by Liam Neely and his assistant Kevin between the hours of 7:00am and 1:30pm (very quick). Clean up was thorough. BTW - Liam is one of the most pleasant guys that we've had come into this house to do work. Highly recommend his services."

Rafael and his assistant were top notch and left the house and work area clean even at the end of the first day. I highly recommend them if you are considering a project. They were clean, skilled, punctual, and kept me informed of dates and everything else. Also they were cheaper than other companies. Since they specialize in this, they know how to do the plumbing, carpentry, and tile work, so there is no waste of time finding all the different contractors. "After living in this house for 38 years ( original owner), I was surrounded with trees. All trees are gone and I'm now at the bottom of a hill the builder made for new houses. Have 2 sump pumps with never having water in a finished basement, now when it rains we get water. Call Ed, he came right out and we signed a contract with an open installation date. After last storm Ed put us on priority list, crew come in and jackhammer around the basement and installed a French drain and added a 3rd pump. Job was finished in 2 days, all trash and cleaning done. Wendel came by to check on the work, we are waiting for a couple of finishing items ( pump cover and outside drain pipe finish ). These 2 guys were amazing with the amount of cement that had to be taken out, the stone carried in 5 gallon buckets, the mixing of cement to repair the floor. We gave them lunch and whatever they needed for drinks. I see a few bad reviews on this company but I would say it's the customer looking for too much perfection. This company is great with their prices, warranty, and their very hard working employees, Ed always responded when calling with questions or concerns."
