He called me within an hour of my requesting a quote Came by the next day, just as he said he would, and talked me through the project, which he scheduled for the following week. He was prompt, efficient, polite, and did an awesome job cleaning all our windows on a 3 story victorian home, both inside and out, including all the storm windows. He even did a walk through with me afterwards to make sure I was happy with the job, which I really was. I would highly recommend John -- you'll be very happy with him."

"They did a good job but they used a cleaning solvent (bleach?) that killed my 5 potted tomato plants on the deck. I would have moved them myself but they didn't let me know when they were coming. I called Jeff and told him what happened and he was apologetic and took $25 off the price. They do a good job but need to be more careful about what they are using.
