Darnell was able to come over quickly. The switch to our electric fireplace had melted and he was unable find one to replace it but he was able to get a switch for the outlet. We had heat less than a couple hours after he first saw the problem so it's worked out real nice.

Only critique would be a slight gap between the backsplash and wall, which had I noticed sooner I am sure they could have corrected with caulk or pushing backsplash closer. It is hardly noticeable.
