Best contractors near Brewster, MA

"Liam Neary is a total pro. He came in after a previous contractor had ripped out my kitchen and left me in the lurch, and from day one, he turned the whole experience around. I interviewed a lot of contractors, but Liam stood out immediately—he was the kindest, most honest, and most fair of the bunch. He installed my kitchen cabinets and absolutely nailed it. Every detail was done with care and precision. His timeline was quick, his prices were fair, and the quality of the work was top-notch. He showed up exactly when he said he would, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure the job was done right—not just fast. Working with Liam was a breath of fresh air. He’s reliable, communicative, and genuinely cares about his work. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat—and if you’re lucky enough to book him, you’ll see why."

"Hans and his team were outstanding to work with! Hans helped to achieve a vision for our Cape house: a kitchen renovation and converting an attached garage into a beautiful family room space. Excellent detail and workmanship, great communication, very reliable and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend HSO to anyone, they are the BEST!!"

"JR and his team were very professional. Most contractors promise a lot to make the sale but then never live up to those promises. That was not the case with JR and team. They went over and above. Every detail was attended to. Very happy with the work. World hire them again."

"We would definitely hire PAV Construction again for any home project. They were highly professional, on-time, on-budget, always very pleasant, and their work is OUTSTANDING! This was a major remodel of the entire downstairs of our home with wall removal and wall construction, new windows, doors, new kitchen, installation of hardwood floors throughout the first floor, rebuilding of staircase, hardwood flooring in the upstairs hallway, basement flooring and ceiling. The work exceeded our expectations!! it is absolutely beautiful! Pavlin, the owner, offered excellent suggestions for the remodel. His communication was incredible. He regularly kept us updated with texts and photos, and responded to any questions within the day. His crew was excellent as well as talented, hardworking and accommodating."

"Contractor was on top of everything when a new problem occurred it was communicated with text and photos. Work was completed on time."

"FF Crpntry assembled and installed two metal posts and mailboxes on my property. They were prompt, polite, and completed the project according to specifications and USPS guidelines. Great work! Thank you."

"Harold came in at least three times to measure, listen to what we want and brought the tiling person (Mike Burke from Mike Burke Tile and Stone) to discuss issues and designs. His team (Johny and Garrett) came in on the day we have agreed to begin. Harold later brought in electrician and plasterer and coordinated with Mike on the tiling job. Altogether, Harold did an excellent job managing all involved contractors. He does great woodwork among other things and built the custom cabinets for the bathroom. The result is the bathroom we were dreaming of. The hardwood floor turned out terrific and we love it.
Harold listened and worked with us to  make sure we get what we wanted and gave us a very fair price.
