They unwinterize my house and without my approval they blew out all my antifreeze in the system which cost me over $1,200 to replace . They claim there was air in the lines which doesnâ t require blowing out my antifreeze. I would stay away from this company .

Kevin repaired a leak in a tough spot and advised us about another potential leak in the other bathroom saving us what I thought would be a big expenditure. KMD was super responsive to our desperate need to replace a failed hot-water heater. We reached out at 10 AM, they were over at 1 PM to do an assessment of the situation and estimate and completed the job by 10 AM the next morning. Seeing as this was our rental property, our renters were minimally inconvenienced as well. We were very happy with all of the team on KMD who came to our rescue.

He returns calls and shows up on time, he keeps you in the loop and gets the job done

Kevin and Co showed up promptly. Estimate was on target with a couple of additions which were related but not part of the original work requested. Additions were needed. They finished on schedule and cleaned up after themselves. Job was completed on time.
