"All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."

"It was a very positive experience.  Dave responded to my inquiry within 2 minutes and came on a Sunday, within 4 hours of the phone call.  The situation was very much under control the whole time, as Dave brought with him everything that the project required, including a replacement pump.  He was professional and efficient, and the work space was clean after the installation was complete.  I would recommend Dave and will likely call on him again for future projects of this type.

Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. "Company did a good job last summer with 3 bay windows, so I called them back when the rest of the windows in the house needed to be replaced. On the initial visit, I told the rep that I wanted the same windows as last year. He quickly found the job order and picked up the details of the window make/model/etc without any need for me to reinvent the order. The company had the opportunity to try to upsell me, as I asked them about replacement of the skylight in the bathroom. Refreshingly, they declined to do so and told me that it would be much better to wait until we needed to get the roof re-done, and to do the window at that time. As before, the first guy clearly explained the process: guy 1 to take the order and measure the windows, later follow-up visit from guy 2 to remeasure all the windows carefully before ordering their construction, and then a couple of months later, a follow-up call from their HQ to schedule the install. He gave me an approximate window for this scheduling call. It was a pretty broad time-frame because there had been an unusually large number of people needing custom windows. As before, everything went off exactly as the rep indicated. The install team showed up within a half-hour of the estimated time, and installed 11 windows without taking a break. They removed every scrap of rubbish, vacuumed thoroughly, and left the place as clean as it was when they arrived."

"I contracted with Seabreeze to complete my primary bathroom remodel. I can’t say enough good things about their work and how it all went. In the past I have remodeled 2 kitchens and neither went this smoothly. Amanda was amazing to work with…pleasant, always available and responsive. Mitchell is a hard worker and doesn’t stop….he attends to details and is very unobtrusive….there were times I had to remember he was in the bathroom working because he was so quiet! Their subcontractors come when they are scheduled and, if need be after Amanda checks on their work, will come right back to follow up. To top it all off, Seabreeze’s estimate was the best of those I got for exactly the same work and, other than my own changes and upgrades, stayed right on target. I absolutely recommend them without reservation. Will definitely contact Amanda and her crew again!"
