"This project was signed off by the Building Inspector. Is complete and done according to specifications. Nor did the homeowner mention that he owes me over $4000. The project was held up because the homeowner did not have all the materials that he was to supply. It took him months just to get his cabinet which tied my crew up. The tile work was done for 4 weeks and the homeowner was very pleased with it. We tiled the bathroom floor the shower floor and the shower walls the homeowner purchased all the tile. The shower wall tile has a couple of variations in it that he purchased. And I think 99.9% of the people out there would be quite acceptable. Any person with common sense will understand what I'm talking about here. He has no problem with all the other tile work and it was done by the same men. The tile was done in a professional manner it could not be installed any better. As stated there were no problems until his racist son got involved. His son started with a lot of racial comments about my workers because they are not white which I have documentation of that. He is a privileged white racist. In 40 years I never came across a family so privileged in my life. If you look at my references I have never had one complaint in 40 years. His son was emailing me With a corporate letterhead which I will not mention because he Probably would get fired. The emails were coming in at 2 and 3:00 in the morning. Then he would send another email later in the day saying to retract what he said. I could go on and on about his disrespectful son but I am not. I wish there was a site to warn contractors about people like them. If I made a mistake I would have taken care of it. I knew they were not going to pay me you just get that gut feeling about some clients most people are great to work for. I am sure this complaint is coming from his son Ken That is the type of person he is.
