This was a major remodel of the entire downstairs of our home with wall removal and wall construction, new windows, doors, new kitchen, installation of hardwood floors throughout the first floor, rebuilding of staircase, hardwood flooring in the upstairs hallway, basement flooring and ceiling. The work exceeded our expectations!! it is absolutely beautiful! Pavlin, the owner, offered excellent suggestions for the remodel. His communication was incredible. He regularly kept us updated with texts and photos, and responded to any questions within the day. His crew was excellent as well as talented, hardworking and accommodating.

Pav and his crew replaced five sliding doors at our condominium in Ocean Edge, Brewster, MA. His workmanship was meticulous. He communicated with us before, during, and after the job by phone, text, and email to keep us informed about the progress of the job. Pav coordinated with Ocean Edge Management regarding the repair of portions of the building that were rotted out due to previous water damage and billed the management company for this portion of the job. We highly recommend Pav and plan to hire him in the future.

Pav removed the wall-to-wall carpeting on our stairway and two bedrooms, installed laminate flooring, stair treads & wrought iron spindles with our existing bannister. Palvin was great! He was not only professional, I felt like he was a friend by the time the work was finished. PAV installed a new laminate Hardwood floor in our Master bedroom. He went to work the day after he was hired and finished the job in just 2 work days, in time for the house to be shown by Realtor the next day! The result was beautiful to behold and impressed the Buyer! PAV is very knowledgeable when it comes to Updates for Kitchen and Baths as well. WE followed the lead of Home Advisor and we're glad we did.

I had new hardwood floor installed in my living room. Pavlin made some great suggestions before and during the project -never pushy about anything. True professional. Reasonable priced.

Much of the trim on our house was in need of replacement. As expected, underlying damage was found in some areas. PAV promptly notified us of any issues. Options were presented and discussed, and additional repairs were made as needed. The work looks beautiful. PAV Construction was professional, dependable, and knowledgeable. Pretty awsome contractor.I got four different quotes and decided to go with PAV. They did my vinyl siding and installed all new windows including a bay window. They did fantastic job.Also their price was very reasonable.
