"Rich did a great job removing the old ceramic tiles from my kitchen and bath floors. He was prompt and worked nonstop, except for a few ten-minute breathers. Rich is very kind and more than polite. I would have had him come back to install porcelain tile which is his forte but due to the construction and age of my home , I chose a different flooring. "Prompt response… very professional! I have been without a sink for two weeks, called a few companies and no follow up..
