He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Bob is a great problem solver and works with you to suggest ways to do repairs for the best outcome while keeping costs down. His work is high quality. I would definitely hire him again."

Carlos was polite and very quickly did the repainting without any aggravations. Also, a small tile job in the bathrooms was done - tile strips one tile wide was put on both sides of the tubs in both bathrooms. It was well done. Carlos came with sufficient number of people in the team so they managed to complete the job in 3 days. I am very satisfied with the job he has done. As to the pricing, he is on the level of other painters I called. I put "B" above because a little lower pricing would be nicer."
