"Flavio is an artist with tiles and enjoys his work. He and his wife were very professional and fair. They had a written contract that they were willing to negotiate reasonably. He and his crew showed up when they said they would cleaned up after their work . He returned extra tiles to the store to save me money and showed receipts.Over all a pleasure to work with."

"I was impressed, and pleased by the professionalism of the men who came to repair our pellet stove. The stove was old , and we ended up buying a new one. It was made simple by Chris. Within a short amount time he found the stove we wanted , set up a payment plan. Chris went beyond and above to help us.
