"Brian Terry repaired a double pane window that had accumulated moisture inside the window. When he came back to install the repaired window my wife noticed a fly imbedded inside the window. Brian told us that he guaranteed his work unconditionally and took the window back to be replaced again. I think that Brian's work ethic is refreshing and, sadly, unusual these days. "Ornel and Al did a great job and I am very pleased with the outcome. The tile was placed too closely to the electrical outlets and someone had to use a dremel to file the tile so the outlets could be installed, which was a pain. Ornel installed a 3 mural tile over my stove and took great care with the spacing and placement of that. I would hire them again!"
