"I took advantage of the offer that Morris doors had for re-keying / changing the locks of two doors.  When he arrived he said that since one of the locks had a lock on the inside and the outside he considered it two locks which seemed odd to me.  I ended up paying more for the service then i expected so this put a sour taste in my mouth.  Otherwise the quality of the work performed was very good.

"I called Dabbs Lock to take a look at it. They made the appointment for the next morning and showed up on time.
I was expecting that the entire lock would have to be replaced and instead it was a really simple problem. It only took a few minutes to fix and did not require any new parts. The fee they charged to come out was half the price of another locksmith i had called and with the discount to Angie's list members it cost us 10.00!
I really appreciate and trust them because they didn't "create" a problem with the lock set to make it a bigger job.
They were honest, personable, and professional and for that i would definitely hire them again and recommend them without hesitation.
