His response to my project request was VERY rapid and the project was completed the same day. Excellent attention to detail including making note of a door hinge that needed to be tightened for the bolt to fit and work optimally. Clean up was thorough. And we had an interesting conversation throughout the process!

Great, didn’t realized until he gave his card that came from Woburn. He could’ve referred me to a more local service, but he showed up (on time) and did a great job. He even tuned up one of my other locks that was a little stiff. Truly went above and beyond, and it was greatly appreciated.

Bulent exemplifies all the best qualities in a contractor. He was the first of four locksmiths to reply to my request for an estimate. He offered to stop by to deliver a free estimate or, if I preferred, I could send him photos and detailed description of what I needed. I chose the latter, and within 5 minutes he texted by a detailed description of the parts, labor, cost. It sounded good. Made an appointment for him to come by first thing the next morning. Very pleasant, professional - and throw in a few extra keys no cost. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a reasonable and reliable locksmith.

Excellent service! I wanted to have my locks changed after moving into a new house. Bulent responded within hours of requesting a quote. I thought I would need to wait several days, but he was available to do the work the next day in the evening! He was punctual, professional and very informative when I had several questions on my electric key pad. He was quick, and efficient and I had 5 doors rekeyed in less than 2 hours. He made several recommendations on reinforcing my doors, which have worked out great!

Bulent did an excellent job. He replaced the deadbolt lock with a lock that is more secure. He was also able replace a spring in an old doorknob even though I had not discussed that project with him in advance. He was professional and punctual. I will use him again.

WOW!!! Called on Thursday around 5:30 and had the lock set installed the next day at noon. Fast, professional and a very fair price. Easiest company we have hired by far. Highly recommend and I don't use these words lightly. There was a 10% Angie's list discount that we didn't know about so never asked for but he honored it without us even asking for it. A+++ service. Called other places and they refused to install without buying hardware from them or they quoted triple the price.
