"Having used his services for many years now, we highly recommend handyman Bob Phalan. Our projects this year alone have involved repairing cracked cement on our front steps, patching roof and gutter leaks, power washing, gutter cleaning, and laying brick trim in the garden. We’ve also used him for several carpentry projects, installing locks, painting and general repairs. Bob is very reliable and communicates well. He shows up when he says he will, does quality work and cleans up like he was never here. He is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about materials, tools and processes.
