We also regret that we do not service safes. Locksmiths have become security professionals. The locksmith industry is changing, it is not just a mechanical trade, but moving quickly to an electronic one. The Flying Locksmiths partners with the largest security hardware providers in the country to give you the most comprehensive selection and inventory available. This relationship also allows us to offer services on everything from antique hardware to the latest in security technology, such as card access systems and biometrics. We are continually training and researching with an eye to the future in order to insure your business or home remain as safe, accessible and secure as you want them to be.

The Flying Locksmiths responded to my quote request quickly and by phone. The owner, Joe, was professional and took time to answer all of my questions. Nick, the project installer, arrived on time and finished the job quickly, even though a couple of our doors presented challenges. When he left, everything was spotless. I will will definitely hire The Flying Locksmiths again.

Needed 7 doors rekeyed on a new home I bought so we didn't have to use multiple keys to get in - some locks were difficult and had to wiggle them making it hard for the kids. They came and fixed the issue so we now only need one key and all locks are easy to open. They even cleaned up the residue in the older locks. Very happy with their prompt and professional service.

There is a communication problem with the service that sets up the appointments and the company itself. The service fails to notify the locksmith of a change in time and day of appointments. The locksmith was very friendly and did a great job for what we required and the president of the company followed up with an email to check on the appointment time and to see if we were all set or needed anything else from them. The service they use is the problem and needs to be changed or they need to communicate better.

The locksmiith did more than rekey my locks. He cleaned them and oiled them. They weren't used for years. The price I was quoted was what I paid, even though extra work was involved. It was a great experience. Highly recommend them.
