In five minutes, I was speaking to him to set up a time when he and the cat sitter could go to the house. The tech kept me connected throughout the process, calling when he got to the house, again when he got the door open, and again when he had replaced the defective cylinder. Quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. I can't praise the service too highly.
