Very fast response and very professional

They were able to replace the cylinder in a very old lock on my apartment door — they said it was a discontinued part but they happened to have one in their shop. It wasn’t cheap but it was cheaper than replacing the whole mechanism. Happy I got lucky and they had the part. Quick turnaround time.
