"I highly recommend Sanfer Rocha and D.S. Partners Construction for a bathroom remodel. Sanfer was professional, transparent with costs, and responsive to questions during the whole renovation process. His workers were skilled, prompt, and friendly. Sanfer also suggested vendors and provided helpful tips. I am very happy with our beautiful bathroom and would hire him again for another renovation."

"The initial build went reasonably well. We did find problems which they did come back and fix. I noticed a railing support that was cracked. I was told that I must of done it, that was that. The plugs that cover the screw holes in the stairs are falling out. I looked for some at Home Depot, but couldn't find the right color. I still had Chase's cell #, so I texted him and asked if he could send me some plugs, and I would do it myself. No response. Tried again the next day, still no response. I'm not surprised. Aging the build was decent, price was higher than most. Now that nearly 2 years have gone by, and customer service should be anticipated, nothing. Never again."

Being able to work with both Ivan during the design phase and then Mike during construction to make sure our design and budget needs were met proved invaluable throughout the year long process. Mike was always willing to hop on the phone to talk through design decisions or product selection as we were deciding on finishes throughout the process. He also was more than willing to discuss scope changes and refining of the original build plans as we saw those plans turn into reality. "We had the pleasure to work with American Precision Developers over the last 2-3 years. They worked on three separate large projects: (1) a main-level kitchen, dining and living room remodel, (2) basement refinish and mudroom rebuilt (3) bathroom, primary bedroom and family room remodel. Both Sara and Estenio listened carefully to our needs and preferences and offered suggestions based on their experience and desire to provide a high-quality finished product. The craftsmanship and attention to details in the finished spaces are truly impressive. On the main level they transformed a boxy layout into a modern, open-concept kitchen, dining and living room. The bathroom, primary bedroom and family room are now beautiful functional spaces tailored to our needs. APD did a great job on waterproofing and finishing the basement and mud room that are now inviting and well-designed spaces. ADP has an amazing team. We highly recommend them !"

"Pedro and his team were excellent. They were professional and timely, hard-working and meticulous, and trustworthy. Best of all (at least for me), is that Pedro is VERY responsive and his team is assigned to get your job done and done correctly. They show up on time every day, and were willing to work late into the evening to hit the project milestones. Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Pedro is a true partner and his team does great work. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I have already booked them for another job renovating a first floor porch and creating a roof over the open-air second floor porch."
