"Kinsella Built was great! So good that we have recommended them to all of our friends (now that is a true testimonial of their work). Our job was significant. We put on an addition to the house, created an open concept inside and finished our basement. The entire job was 7 months. Yet each day they showed such work ethic; always showing up at 7AM and putting in a full day work. They were professional, created a very quality product, were reasonable and finished the job on time. You can't ask much more of that from a contractor. For all of our future construction products, we will be going with Kinsella. Thank you to James & John (and Ian, and crew) for their wonderful work. We love our "new" home!"

"We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Matt and his crew. We are very grateful for having them arriving on-time before the winter storm to prevent potential damage of the house. "Bob Phalan is an exceptionally experienced and talented craftsman. He is very astute in his analysis and project planning with a very strong work ethic. Bob explained in detail what he needed to do to rebuild our front door awning and posts while maintaining the integrity of the original awning and masonry in place. Bob stayed in communication every step of the way and worked very hard to create a beautiful and strong front door awning and support posts for our home. We are very happy with the finished product and will most definitely call Phalan Construction and Handyman to work on our future home projects. "Found on HomeAdvisor. Project to stain all newly installed pine & oak windows & casings for 20 windows/casings & 1 door casing in our home. Repaired bay window seat board by sanding & refinishing w/ stain & polyurethane. Easy to communicate on website for project, estimate & ?'s. Great advice on using Pre-Stain, Stain & Polyurethane & how pine & oak woods can only absorb so many coats of stain, which helped make decision on which stain products to use. Competitively priced & came down on price as well. I filled nail holes & sanded casings myself. Claudio completed job in 3days by prepping windows w/painters tape & covered floors, stain 2coats & polyurethane 2coats. Stain colors came out beautiful & very happy w/ overall job. To do ourselves would have taken more than 3days & would not of come out as good as it did. Benjamin Moore is only store that samples stains on wood I brought in, which was helpful in choosing colors. Highly recommend Claudio Painting & Home Improvement, Inc."

"In addition to the kitchen, they also remodeled our bathroom. Marco was sensitive to the fact that we only had one bathroom and made sure we were out the facilities for the minimum time possible. Our bathroom remodel was completed with lightning speed which we really appreciated! The kitchen remodel was also speedy. They worked with our requirements for smaller than usual appliances, finding, and even building, cabinets to fit our small kitchen space. Everyone who worked on our projects were very professional, wearing masks and keeping windows open even in the winter months. We're very happy with our new kitchen and bathroom!"
