"Kinsella Built was great! So good that we have recommended them to all of our friends (now that is a true testimonial of their work). Our job was significant. We put on an addition to the house, created an open concept inside and finished our basement. The entire job was 7 months. Yet each day they showed such work ethic; always showing up at 7AM and putting in a full day work. They were professional, created a very quality product, were reasonable and finished the job on time. You can't ask much more of that from a contractor. For all of our future construction products, we will be going with Kinsella. Thank you to James & John (and Ian, and crew) for their wonderful work. We love our "new" home!"

"We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. "I highly recommend NE Carpentry for quality of workmanship, professionalism, and good communication from beginning to end. We had four old windows replaced, two in a rental apartment where the tenant was working. The workers were sensitive in keeping noise and disruption to a minimum. Wood was replaced where necessary around window frames, all was painted at completion, and cleanup left all in order. The two workers, as well as Gil, were a pleasure to work with and to have in our home. We had NE Carpentry renovate two back porches two years ago. "Bob Phalan is an exceptionally experienced and talented craftsman. He is very astute in his analysis and project planning with a very strong work ethic. Bob explained in detail what he needed to do to rebuild our front door awning and posts while maintaining the integrity of the original awning and masonry in place. Bob stayed in communication every step of the way and worked very hard to create a beautiful and strong front door awning and support posts for our home. We are very happy with the finished product and will most definitely call Phalan Construction and Handyman to work on our future home projects. "These guys are the hardest working crew Ive ever seen. Showed up every day at 7am and stayed until 7-8pm every night! I cant say enough about their work ethic. Wladimir was great to work with right from the initial site visit, to the quote, and right up through the finished product. It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to projects. I have high expectations of how things are built and the final results. Id rather have quality work over saving a buck. I had multiple contractors out and narrowed them down and eventually chose WS Builders because of my interactions with Wlad right from the start. Very personable, great guy and listened to what I actually wanted and didnt just yes me to death. He knew exactly what I was expecting from the start and his guys blew away my expectations. We had been saving up for years for a new deck and Wlad and his crew were able to deliver. He offered different products and didnt try to push me towards the more expensive options and let me choose what I wanted. (we went with Trex but he gave us other options as well) He was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or wanted something changed because I wanted it to look a very specific way etc. He was here the day the materials were delivered to make sure they were put exactly where I wanted. He was very careful to make sure that my yard had the least amount of damage as I told him from the start that was one of my concerns. We now have an absolutely beautiful deck that will last longer than my home with the way it was constructed. I wanted it over built and they delivered. If I ever needed more work done in the future, Wlad would be the first guy I call. If you are looking for a great company to work with I highly recommend WS Builders!"

"Claudio and his crew did an amazing job. They stripped my home down to the wood. He found areas of rot as well as pests and clean those up. He sealed every window pipe with waterproof tape. He repaired rot. He waterproofed and weatherproof the entire home, then re-shingles using high-quality materials to ensure my home would be waterproof endurable. He replaced my front porch, found more areas of rot and opened up the front and made my home look amazing. He discussed every step with me and planned with me the entire time. His information is solid and always leads you in the right direction. I am so fortunate to work with this man."
