"I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. Coen Brothers Construction also expertly handled all necessary permits and inspections, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and would hire them again for my next project."

"Moses and his team were phenomenal to work with. From the moment we met when we first discussed my project, he instilled me with confidence. He allowed me to see current projects he was working on similar to mine, he genuinely listened to what we wanted and made relevant, excellent suggestions to ensure that our project would meet our expectations, and stay within our budget. "They was supposed to do kitchen renovation and they did not come and do any wall preparation before the cabinet arrival and also I had asked them questioned and they did not answer my email. I had shown photos of the wall inquiring how they wanted to proceed and their project management was keep in touch with the project to schedule. It should have been done cabinet installation door cabinet for arrival because all the cabinet and they've taken up space. I am a senior citizen and I have limited funds of that project. I am more disappointed that the project did not go well on both ends that they decided to keep my $2100 deposit. I they refunded most of my money back in good faith that I wouldn't have been disappointing. "

He also was more than willing to discuss scope changes and refining of the original build plans as we saw those plans turn into reality. I needed a basement remodel completed for my teen who was away on a trip, it was meant to be a surprise for their birthday, and we only had 10days to make it happen. Despite the tight deadline, David assured me he could get it done, & he absolutely delivered. He provided a fair price upfront that remained consistent throughout the project. When unexpected issues came up that could have increased costs, David was transparent about the options and worked with me to stay within budget. His communication was clear & consistent from start to finish. The finished room turned out amazing, better than I could have imagined! I gave David creative control over the colors and layout, and his vision perfectly captured what I’d hoped for from our very first meeting. "Costs increased about 10% over estimate, work was well done and the final product was professional and well-built. Communication could have been better, the builder promised weekly meetings but that didn't happen. All in all, we were happy at the end of it all, and all questions were answered and all finishes to our satisfaction, which if you've ever worked with a contractor before, you know isn't a given. 5/5 would work with them again, the fireplace mantel and threshhold was particularly well done."
