He prices his work fairly and does great work. If you want a quick, sloppy job, you need to look elsewhere. There are many contractors who will work cheap and their results reflect the price and attitude. D&S Construction is the rare company performing excellent work at a reasonable price. Sanfer refuses to do things any way but the RIGHT way. His quality is top notch. He treats his subcontractors fairly and they return the favor by doing great work. Sanfer and his team are extremely considerate of customers' properties and always leave the job site clean and neat, whether he is coming back the next day or wrapping up on the final day.
