Overall very pleased with how the project went. Mike was great to work with and Ridgeline was the lowest among four other bids. Mike drew up plans himself and submitted all necessary permits. He was there just about every day (weather permitting) during the project and all his Subcontractors did quality work. Will plan on using Ridgeline in the future.

Very professional and listens to what is wanted.  Everyone's taste is different and decisions need to be made on the spot (by him during the day).  If you have a specific vision from an aesthetic stand point, communicate your concept up front.  For example, from the drawings, we thought a certain set of windows would be lower than they were.  He thought they looked correct, we saw them differently; he made the correction without batting and eye.  He is sincere.

He drafted the plans of what was to be done, although not to the detail (or cost) of an architect.  This left room for flexibility during the course of the project.  For us this worked well, for others more detail may be needed up front.  For example, he added a window on the fly which we will love having.

We have never  hired a contractor before and were very pleased with the workmanship, dependability and communication all the way around.  If we have other projects in the future we would not hesitate to hire him again.

The work has completely changed my house, making the entire house so much nicer. Everyone who has been to my house and has seen the job Mike Landry did (including a carpenter who visited) is extremely impressed by the workmanship. I will certainly call Mike again in the future because:
a) He was very responsive. I had reached out to several contractors, most of whom did not bother to return my calls at all. Mike did and made time for an estimate (and, later, the work) very quickly.
b) He was very understanding and patient with me. I actually changed gears in the course of the job, meaning more time, work, and energy on his part. He did not give me a hard time about it but went along with it. Also, he was willing to get exactly the materials that I wanted.
c) He was personable (not too talkative, but friendly) with both me and my young child, which I appreciated.
d) He just did a great job and employed subcontractors who did a fantastic job. I can't tell you how gratifying it is to see my house with these changes. I think that it added a tremendous value to my home.

Our experience with Mike Landry of Ridgeline Construction Co. was excellent.  We were given a proposal of the work to be done and the cost, all of which was done as stated in the proposal in a very reasonable amount of time and price.  Mike was always very considerate and gave us notice as to when he or any one else would be coming to perform the work.  We were pleased with the prompt removal of all construction debris and the quality of the completed job was excellent.

The work involved was extensive as this was a load bearing wall.  Support structures needed to be build (and taken down) and new support beams needed to be installed due to the fact that the wall was load bearing.  All work was done to perfection and timely.  Looking forward to working with Mike again!

On time, on schedule and minor problems dealt with quickly and without nickle and diming. Any major developments were explained in detail with several alternatives presented. Offered constructive comments on things we had not thought of and they thought an opportunity presented itself.

Quality construction. Always used proper materials. Neat and courteous. Professional.
