"As all the previous reviewers have said, DC 57 Construction is definitely a 5 star company. Lucas came to my home 3 times and helped me plan out the job. The job included: rebuilding a wood ladder to the upstairs loft, installing a railing and a new door in the loft, and adding shelves in the bathrooms. In addition, Lucas installed two railings for my back deck. Lucas and Tiago are both finish carpenters and they do excellent work at a very reasonable price. I am having Lucas come back soon to install a new screen door. Hiring Lucas and Tiago was definitely a great decision as my home looks much better."

It took a little longer than we had hoped or assumed it would due to scheduling conflicts and miscommunication between him and some of his subcontractors, but all in all they did a very nice job. If you have to have extensive tile work done, his tile guy was amazing. You could tell he took great care in the tiny details and made sure everything was perfect and straight and set just right. A truly beautiful outcome with our glass mosaic and other tile work in the bathroom. Feels like luxury. I would recommend Redman Construction and would call them for future work. They are priced right, as well.

The subs were really good, too, though one of our requests was misunderstood and the shower tile was installed in a different style from what we requested.
