Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. Coen Brothers Construction also expertly handled all necessary permits and inspections, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and would hire them again for my next project."

He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. "This was our first big remodeling experience and we are happy with the space. They understood what we wanted out of the end result and they made some recommendations that we hadn't thought of. We appreciated that the project manager gave us some suggestions on flooring and finishes that were within our budget. They handled town inspections and changed things that we requested after the fact. A couple of minor details could have been improved that we didn't notice this until we started using the space. Communication could have been a little better when it came to letting us know when workers would be arriving at our home.
