"We have lived in our home for ~ 2.5 years. As a result of inferior workmanship and materials used by the original contractor (someone other than United) , we contracted with United to redo our siding, our exterior trim, and our entry doors. Nik was our estimator and he was a pleasure to work with. We've dealt with estimators in the past and most of them prefer to quote a price without going into detail. Nik, without any prompting from us, went into detail to define what we would be getting for the quoted price. Weuler was our project manager; he was very courteous. He would communicate in advance what the crew would plan to work on for the day or week. He would also let us know if weather prevented the crew from working. Junior was our foreman and it is obvious that he has much experience, and his team has much experience. They would arrive promptly at 7AM each day and begin to set up equipment and position materials to be deployed. They were very well organized; it appeared to us that everyone knew exactly what their role was each day they came onsite. They were also super respectful and cleaned up thoroughly after each day of work. United installed Everlast composite siding and PVC trim on our 3,000+ square foot home. If you have a chance to visit United's building in Ashland, you will understand why they are so good at what they do...there is an indoor training facility where they teach how to properly install siding! We are loving our newly resided home, and would use United again in a heartbeat. You will find they are not going to be the cheapest quote, but I believe we got what we paid for and there were no ugly surprises. We've dealt with contractors in the past who quoted low and then tried to cut corners to make up for it during the project; United is the opposite of those guys. You will not be disappointed with their finished product or surprised in an unpleasant way!"

This was a huge project and Patriot did an excellent job, even in the face of COVID-related shortages. Jim and Paulo were great to work with, they worked so hard to make sure we were satisfied with all the work. "Many from DC Carpenter was the first to respond to our request on Home Advisor. He came out the same day with his team Dennis and Cosme. Initially, we wanted two thirds of the front of our barn siding but the quote was so competitive compared to the others we received we had the complete front sided. The team also replaced some wood shingles on other areas of the barn. Many was wonderful keeping us updated as the work progressed and when unexpected prior damage was found he explained everything to us. The quality of the work is excellent. The barn looks amazing. The team was professional and friendly and the communication between Many and myself was very effective. He would always respond within 15 minutes. "After providing an onsite evaluation, provider removed Asbestos from the attic that was discovered during our bathroom renovation. They sectioned off the area in the attic above the bathroom in order to ensure future access during the bathroom renovation, without contaminating the area. They were very thorough, professional, and easy to work with. The original plan included HEPA Vac of our living space and that was not done completely, to my satisfaction, but they agreed to come back in the morning to complete thoroughly, which they did. I would use them again."

"Golden Group removed old roof shingles and installed newshingles including Ice&Water barrier. It was about 3200 SF of roofing. Additionally, they fixed our vinyl siding replacing about 15 sq.yards of discolored siding with new one. Starting with very professional presentation by Freddy (owner) and excellent quote, the Golden Group took advantage of early warm days in March. They arrived promptly at 7am (including dumpster) in full force of about 10 people. Perectly organized and working as a team they quickly removed old shingles, protecting the house and surroundings with large tarps (no damage anywhere whatsoever). Then they installed Ice$Water barrier on most of the roof. Finally they installed new beautiful shingles, perfectly and very precisely. At the end they jumped on our siding repairs, finishing pretty much everything by 5pm in a single day! They cleaned everything around the house. Amazing job. Money well spent!"
