"Extremely well. I hired Impresair to remove a layer of asbestos shingles from the exterior of my house. But, as the asbestos shingles were gradually removed, we discovered that the house also had a second layer of asphalt shingles under the asbestos shingle layer that was visible. This meant that a second, and unexpected, layer of siding also needed to be removed and hauled away. No problem for Impresair. They just brought in additional workers to complete the extra removal work on schedule...and finished the work on a day when we were experiencing showers for the entire day. They simply worked through the showers. Impresair is a very professional company and I strongly recommend them to anyone who is interested in removing asbestos shingles from an old house. They arrived on time and the crew worked very diligently for three long days. When the siding was all off, they cleaned up the job site very well and made every attempt to locate any stray nails that might have been overlooked during the clean up work. "Golden Group removed old roof shingles and installed newshingles including Ice&Water barrier. It was about 3200 SF of roofing. Additionally, they fixed our vinyl siding replacing about 15 sq.yards of discolored siding with new one. Starting with very professional presentation by Freddy (owner) and excellent quote, the Golden Group took advantage of early warm days in March. They arrived promptly at 7am (including dumpster) in full force of about 10 people. Perectly organized and working as a team they quickly removed old shingles, protecting the house and surroundings with large tarps (no damage anywhere whatsoever). Then they installed Ice$Water barrier on most of the roof. Finally they installed new beautiful shingles, perfectly and very precisely. At the end they jumped on our siding repairs, finishing pretty much everything by 5pm in a single day! They cleaned everything around the house. Amazing job. Money well spent!"
