The second project was to reverse the bathroom door from swing-in to swing-out. I must have had 5 estimates on this job and Alexis was the only proposal that solved the problem without a big demolition and that was in my budget. They put up a new retaining wall, graded the back yard and put down sod, and installed a magnificent side patio. What a difference!! They also removed some old shrubs and landscaped with mulch and crushed stone. They even made a very cool rock garden out of the large boulders that they dug up from my back yard!
