After the roof was finished two other teams came in to replace all of the siding and rebuild the front portico and side deck and also add a deck extension. "Extremely well. I hired Impresair to remove a layer of asbestos shingles from the exterior of my house. But, as the asbestos shingles were gradually removed, we discovered that the house also had a second layer of asphalt shingles under the asbestos shingle layer that was visible. This meant that a second, and unexpected, layer of siding also needed to be removed and hauled away. No problem for Impresair. They just brought in additional workers to complete the extra removal work on schedule...and finished the work on a day when we were experiencing showers for the entire day. They simply worked through the showers. Impresair is a very professional company and I strongly recommend them to anyone who is interested in removing asbestos shingles from an old house. They arrived on time and the crew worked very diligently for three long days. When the siding was all off, they cleaned up the job site very well and made every attempt to locate any stray nails that might have been overlooked during the clean up work. A week later, they sent me a number of official documents for my retention that serve to substantiate that asbestos had been remediated successfully at my address. I am truly delighted with the results and would definitely hire them again for any future asbestos removal work that I might need."

"The experience was very stressful. The siding crew was very rough on our 1774 home. They damaged portions of the trim, a window, and the metal roof. I had to constantly monitor the crew to make sure they minimized damage and completed the work correctly. It was difficult communicating with the Spanish-speaking crew. Materials are in my yard that still have not been picked up 2 weeks later. The finished siding looks good, but that is the best complement I can make. I had doors replaced by Power on a previous job and was very satisfied. I would be cautious recommending Power for siding replacement on a similar old house."

Anthony was very prompt to respond to my email requests, and was flexible with installation dates.Jose (roofer) came over, did a great job, and was incredibly clean and efficient. Precision also provided our front door, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely use them again, and referred my in laws as well (they did a great job with my in-laws front door). Precision even spoke to the HOA to ensure that the door my in laws wanted would be "accepted" prior to delivery/installation."
