"Brian has installed my window air conditioners for many years. He always does thorough and neat work. He is personable and easy to work with, flexible on scheduling and easy to contact."

"I contacted them late on 3/24/19, the next day I got a response. Two days later Silvio came to my house to assess the job and we had the patio installed on 4/2. Silvio and his team were extremely nice and worked very diligently and we’re so happy with our new patio! The price was very competitive as well!"

"Masonworks did a GREAT job installing my patio. Very professional from the first contact to the job completion- measurements and design were superb and the installation was timely, smooth, and very high quality. The price was very fair as well. I love my new outdoor space and would definitely use Masonworks again. Highly recommended!"

"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Brian did a great job removing my existing range hood and installing an over-the-range microwave in its place. Hooray for more counter space! Brian was responsive, friendly, efficient, and charged a fair price. I was so happy to get the microwave set up quickly after the store I bought it from was less than helpful."

"Ron and his assistant Karen were very good to work with. Ron was responsive to our ideas about types of plants and did the installation work expeditiously. When they discovered that a large piece of stump from the tree had not been removed, they worked closely with the tree removal company to grind the remainder and prepare the soil.

A cherry tree Ron planted died after a few weeks. He and Karen went out of their way to find another identical one, and to change the soil mixture. It is now doing splendidly!

"Jose had a crew come out to do a final fall clean up and gutter cleaning at our home within 24 hours of my call. The guys in his crew were very professional and finished the job with 2 hours. Our yard looks perfect and the gutters are clear just in time for the first big winter storm of the season! I highly recommend using them for landscaping services and gutter cleaning!"

"Very well. Jeff diagnosed the problem and he came in 2 days later and fixed in within 45 minutes. Installed a tiny heater so the line doesn't freeze up. Was going to buy a new refrigerator but not now! No leaking!!!"
