Unfortunately, we had a roof installed a few years ago by a company who cut corners, and STMZ came to repair two separate leaks in the “new” roof. He documented every step of the process with photos, and explained what he was doing. (Most contractors, in my experience, do not take the time to explain the process to you!) I highly recommend his services, and if we ever need to replace the roof, STMZ will be the company we will call."

"Found Destre on Angi after another contractor came out and completely botched the job. Wanted to replace the weather stripping around rear patio door. The previous contractor ruined the bottom seal on the door and left us with a/c escaping and the flys and mosquitoes coming in. Called and spoke to Destre and he came out within an hour. Surveyed the damage and was off to Home Depot to get replacement parts. Could not find but resourcefully found a clear plastic one. Installed and all has been fine ever since. In speaking with Destre learned his experience in all types of home repair. The thing I liked best is he commented “I will not stop working until the job is completed to your satisfaction”. I paid his quoted price and added a generous tip for his diligence and great attitude. I have finally found my home repairman."

"Had the leveling done first, came out very good and stayed on budget. Other than a few days of rain it was done on time. The leveling caused cracks in the walls and ceilings inside so I hired them to do that and get it painted which was done very good as well. For the most part I was able to stay in touch with the contractor throughout the job, toward the end there were a couple of miscommunications that happened but the job came out pretty good. "After making the decision to do a complete shower replacement we decided to get a couple of estimates. The first estimate we received was a bit startling so I decided to try Angles List. When I got to David Devall’s company information I was very impressed with all the excellent reviews and the extensive photo gallery displaying his past work. David’s estimate was basically half that of the first estimate and he started the job about 5 weeks later when all the materials arrived. The first day was spent removing the old shower and preparing the stud walls for the new surface material. He finished the job 3 days after that. David is extremely talented and new just how to resolve all the unforeseen challenges that arose after removing the old shower. By the time his work was complete I knew why all the reviews had such high marks. Needless to say, my wife and I could not have been more pleased with the finished product."

"On  Sunday morning, not paying attention  I backed out of my carport and knocked down  the support column in the center.   I had just dealt with Millennium and Mr. Harper as they painted the exterior of my home and replaced a shed ramp in my back yard.  I called George on Sunday  12/28  explained the situation.  He said he would come out this morning and take a look.   He showed up by 900am, was off to purchase a replacement column and by 1130am had the new column installed and painted.
