UPDATE: After the first good rain (about a week after construction) the roof leaked. I called and Mr. Brady came out and **repaired the leak**. I also discovered at this time from him, that untreated wood was used on the roof. After the second good rain, the roof leaked again. I called and was told they would take care of it. After many calls and texts for the next 7 months (always assuring me they would take care of it), I hired another company to fix the leak. It cost me an additional $500 to install flashing and other simple things they had not done. I still have not heard from them and it has been 8 months! They came out Professional and friendly crew. Got the deck and covering done quickly and at a good price. Good experience and will use them again.

Incomplete Job never completed the job. Failure to respond to the problem once he was made aware of it.

We had the best experience with Brady s Construction than anyone we have ever had doing work for us! They were there whenever weather permitted. The crew was always busy removing all that needed to be done to prepare for out new porch for family functions. All were very mannerly and answered any and all questions that I or my husband had. Even the crews that were contracted out were very good at their speciality. As soon as we are able we will definitely have them back for some more renovations/upkeep! Thank you so much for our beautiful new porch!

Thomas was hired to paint the master bedroom and bathroom. After I entered the request for bids he called in 15 minutes and that day I had a quote. On the day agreed upon he was supposed to come that morning but called to say he was caught on another job and would be there at 12:30. He showed up on the exact time he said. Most would not have bothered to call to let me know. Good communication.

Despite interruption by a holiday, followed by a hurricane work was completed on time and on budget. I was very pleased
