"The water heater replacement went well. It was replaced quickly & no problems with it. When we asked the same pumper to fix our toilets & sinks. He had to leave & come back. He lied about having tools and needing to leave & come back several times to fix the sinks & toilets he was paid to fix already. This whole process took several weeks which should have took a day or two. He was suspected of taking a craftsman screwdriver. He denied it & avoided contact & failed to compensate."

"The work that was done was done very well. However, there were patches that had not been filled with sod. About a 1/3 of the way along the side of the garage, it just stopped - nothing. After having a new patio put in, no sod was placed between the patio and fence. When we called to complain, they came out and covered those areas with pine straw. No attention to detail, very disappointed. The workmen were all very nice."
