"Great experience working with Jacob, listening to the issue, quickly diagnosing and confirming what work needed to be performed to resolve both the clogged drain and leaky piping underneath the sink and explaining the process all along. He promptly cleared the line using the hydro-jet and replaced the galvanized piping with PVC including the install of a new cleanout valve. Afterwards, he cleaned up the work area not leaving a mess which is appreciated. The price was reasonable considering the circumstances and he was very efficient. I will not hesitate to call them again if I have another plumbing issue and would recommend them for plumbing services."

"Terrible. I paid a 50% deposit to grade, install drainage, and then put in a new patio, play-area, and turf putting green at my home. They were very responsive and eager when trying to get the business, and over-communicated and offered a discount on services because they were “trying to fill a hole in their schedule”. After paying a 50% deposit, it was verbally agreed that work would start the following week, but then they said they could not get materials. There were intermittent text communications through the following month, with Riverbank (Riverbend) repeatedly committing to new start-dates which were then missed and rescheduled for later. When we scheduled phone calls to discuss specific project timelines and parameters, Riverbank blew off the meetings. I have given them multiple opportunities to commit to start-dates and complete the project, and yet they have failed to show up and do any work, or even respond to voicemails and texts in a remotely professional manner. They have held my deposit for 2+ months now, have not done ANY work and have missed all agreed-upon deadlines and commitments to communicate. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am currently taking steps to retrieve my deposit back. Will update this review if things are resolved."

"This company did a fantastic job. I recently bought a house where the back yard turned into a swamp after it rained. Worse, the water would get right up to the edge of the in-ground pool during the heaviest rains, resulting in dirt and debris getting into the pool. In general the back yard was a quagmire with sorry-looking vegetation, littered with tree stumps, and a row of wild overgrowth. There didn't seem to be a good solution, because where one might logically install a drain pipe was blocked by yards of concrete. Wade engineered a creative solution, identifying a path for a drain pipe that I hadn't thought of, and used a series of drains to resolve the drainage problem. His team also got rid of the stumps and unwanted growth and put down limestone to prevent weed re-growth and keep dirt out of the drains, which is a good solution for me since I am not much of a gardener -- it is a very clean and orderly look. Also, he was able to tie several downspouts from my roof into the drain pipe. His team accomplished all this while working through the obstacle that part of the path they had thought was just dirt was actually concrete under a thin layer of dirt. In the process they needed to take down and put back fencing, and cut through and then repair my sidewalk. His team accomplished all of this in two days, cleaned up well, and spared the good plants and trees. My back yard has been dry since, and I have gotten so many compliments from people that saw the yard before, and the pool is crystal clear."
