Mike, Malik, and Julian did a fantastic job diagnosing my AC problem and then fixing it. It was a big job, and an expensive fix, but the AC has been running well and my Entergy bill is back to normal!

Major leak, not hot water heater, with water everywhere. Scott has been fantastic. He gave me a number for a leak detection service and a service to help me clean up everything. He explained everything because I always have questions and was very helpful overall. Although my hot water heater was not my issue, it was going to be and he just helped me get everything lined up. The 5 stars is for Robert, not the company. I’ve had two instances (last Wednesday being the latest) where I sat around for half my day off only for the company to cancel.

Couldn’t tell me what was definitively wrong with my AC but still charged me the diagnostic and small repair fee. Came up with a price for the actual job without knowing how much the part cost. They can’t explain what a small repair is either. Only reason they didn’t get 1 star is because the guy was on time.

We have a very old home that required careful consideration around Heating/AC installation to replace floor furnaces and window units. The house has high ceilings, is not insulated, and is therefore very drafty. Our considerations included cost, efficiency, effectiveness and because the house is so old, aesthetics of the unit as a whole. After several consultations and estimates from various companies, we chose Stuart Services and couldn't be more pleased. Their patience with us as we took our time deciding our best options was remarkable. They made multiple trips to inspect, suggest, review and explain the plan, as well as answer our enormous list of questions. In addition, their financing plan made it able for us to afford such a large expense. The folks in the office were quick, helpful and patient. The installation crew were quick, clean and also patient, as mentioned, we had many questions and concerns and the crew included us in every step of the installation process. The units exceed our expectations, and we would not hesitate to recommend Stuart Services to someone in the market for mini splits.

They would not say flat out if and when they can come to do our job. Instead they just ask us to wait for their call. We waited for all day and in the end they said they couldnt come during regular hours, but could come after hours with an extra of $200 fees. It’s a waste of time, and we should have gone find another service provider.

All work was completed on time and the work area was cleaned up after.

Big "thank you" to Rodney for all of his work in getting our Aquasana Reverse Osmosis Water System working at optimum capacity. Rodney came out on three different occasions. During each visit, he ensured Carol fully understood what he was doing before proceeding with his work. He also worked diligently with the water system's agent. As a result, we were able to correctly identify and solve the problem, as well as make a number of changes to significantly enhance the system's operation. Rodney is the consummate professional in terms of listening skills, job skills, and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend him and Stuart Services for your plumbing needs.

I pay $75 a year and they do a Winter and a Summer check on the A/C and the heating units.  I've been with them for like ten years.  They are fantastic.  I would grade them an A on everything. 

After months of inspections, quotes, revisits, and calls from different vendors, once the decision was made to go with Stuart, it was all pretty straight-forward. Two guys (Donald and Jimmy) showed up first thing in the morning at 8 AM and they worked until roughly 8 PM when our old small FPE panel was completely replaced by the glorious new 200 amp Square D panel. Basically the new electric panel was so large it didn't fit in the pantry where the old panel was and had to be mounted in a new area, making the old panel location a junction box. Donald and Jimmy had all the tools from their vans to install the new panel and cut and drill and rewire everything. It was a lot of work. I knew it was a complex job but didn't expect it to take 12 hours for two guys. They barely had time to eat lunch. The best part is that the City of Mandeville sent an inspector the following day and everything passed code! It's been a few weeks since Stuart Services did the work and my wife and I remain very satisfied with them. Yes, Stuart Services was the most expensive of the six quotes we received, but they were also the most professional, used the best parts, and successfully completed the task without asking mid-job for more money or more time. Work didn't stop at 5 PM. They labored until dark and didn't leave until the work was 100% finished. Stuart does everything by the book, which means that they're licensed, insured, and can have the local municipal check their work if you request it. For the complex electric panel replacement that required moving the panel location and bringing everything up to modern electric code, they certainly proved why they have outlasted the competition. Yes, this is a long review but Angie's List was instrumental in forming our list of potential vendors so this is our way of giving back. Hopefully the review will be helpful to someone else in similar circumstances .

They came out as promised in a timely fashion. Their technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. They showed up for an emergency call the night before we were expecting Hurricane Nate to hit us. They are dedicated to their customer service. I have and will recommend them to anyone and everyone.
