"Service was excellent from initial phone call to finish. I called in a.m. and was able to get serviced in a.m. Yay!!! Spoke to Frank on phone to set everything up, then Josh and Marti came out to do the job for us. Our kitchen sink was not draining properly and our bathroom sink was not draining and it was filling up with water. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, honest, fair, and very knowledgable. The job proved a difficult one due to the original set up of our plumbing, but they were able to figure it out quickly and fix it quickly. This even included cutting sheetrock and creating a new clean out....they were done in about two hours including figuring out issue, trying the snake to clear out, plunger, and then finally cutting sheetrock and creating a new clean out due to our pipes not being installed correctly originally from when house was built in the 60's. We would hire them again, they have gained a new lifetime customer."

It just rang a bell for me so when I called friday after lunch he (Joel) told me staight up that he was booked on a job in town until mid-week and would not be availible 'til then. I said OK and would call him back. I shut off the water on friday and waited until wednesday. I called back wednesday morning and he said, "Hello George". We worked out a time and his "apprintace" (Daniel) was there right after lunch. A very nice young man. We looked at the situation, I came inside to check the dog then went back outside, Daniel was on the phone with his boss. When he got off he suggested a cheap possible fix. I said let's do it. The pipe was an old one connected to the shed which came down in Katrine, so we cut it off, changed the faucet and that did the trick ! His price was more than reasonable and Joel came by to check it all. Daniel and Joel are great guys and I'd recommend them to anybody ! Can I add a few more stars to this review ?! "Mr. Scallan of Home Improvements came to my house on Wednesday to check out what I wanted done and give me a price for the work.   We agreed he would come the next day for 9:00 am to do the job.  He was here for 9:00 am as planned.  I had all kinds of trees to be trimmed, shaped and cut.  Also, had gutters to be cleaned and metal pipes to be cut and removed from my yard and weeds to be sprayed.   He bagged all he had cut and took the pipes with him to dispose of,  which I really appreciated.  He did a very neat job.  He did everything I asked him to do and even fixed my page fence which wasn't even on my list.   In his listing on Angie's list, he also does other maintenance jobs.   I was completely satisfied with his work and will not hesitate to call him in the future for other jobs besides yard work.

"Mr. Devin responded within a minute to my request for service on Angies List even though he was on another call. He provided me with an initial time frame for his arrival at my job site. He communicated with me about 30 minutes after our original conversation about his specific expected time of arrival. He and a very able assistant arrived on schedule. They quickly assessed the problem and took action to clear the clogged main drain line to which the toilet drained. The job site was left clean. The cost for his service was almost half the amount quoted by another plumber."
