The work that was done was done very well. However, there were patches that had not been filled with sod. About a 1/3 of the way along the side of the garage, it just stopped - nothing. After having a new patio put in, no sod was placed between the patio and fence. When we called to complain, they came out and covered those areas with pine straw. No attention to detail, very disappointed. The workmen were all very nice.

The work began within the timeframe i was told. It took about a week and a half to demo and complete the project. Vista did a really good job. The attention to detail was terrific. The crew that did the work were hard working, very respectful, and knew everything about doing the work. The cleaned up everyday before leaving and when completed. The result was better than I had imagined and looks stunning.

Great communication from owner.  I contacted Vista for an estimate.  Once I approved the estimate, they worked hard to find tile pavers that would match my existing pavers.  Once the stone arrives, the job was completed in 2 days.  The crew cleaned up their work area spotless which I always appreciate.  When the job was completed, there was a small section that I wanted redone and the owner sent a crew out in a reasonable amount of time to redo it.  I am very satisfied with this company and would recommend them.

They are an excellent company.  They made it look very simple.  Everything was very organized.  They have excellent employees.  The entire job went very smoothly and correctly.  They are very expensive but you get what you pay for.  Brad was a pleasure to work with, I would definitely use them again!  The quality of the plants and trees was excellent as well.

Vista was very prompt in advance of the service and quoted a very competitive price. We special ordered Zyosia sod, despite most landscapers trying to talk us into something more common. After paying extra because we had to order in full flats, the grass turned out to be not what we expected. It turns out there are multiple subtypes of Zoysia that can be quite different. Granted, we could take the blame for not specifying the subtype, but I wish that the company would have brought it to our attention before the grass was ordered and installed. The drainage installed was not the French drain quoted, and had a pop-up vent instead of a curb cut. We've been fine with the style drain that was installed - no big deal. But the pop-up drain does not work for us. The company asked for nearly the entire balance due on the work and promised to do the curb cut in the next week. I should have held payment till it was finished, because I haven't been able to get them to come out and fix it for the last 4 months. I wouldn't advise against the company, necessarily, but I would encourage people to be specific about subtypes of plants - don't assume; and be sure the work done is the work quoted before paying for it.

The experience when very well. They started in time and finished on time. Did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Brad Casey met with me at the agreed upon day and time.  He took his time while we discussed a design for an addition to our driveway.  We also had to discuss a design for a pergola to which we later decided to add a roof.  I already had existing pavers that another company had installed.  I had been very disappointed with the other company, Yard of Dreams, and had been told by the owner of that company that he had exclusive rights to the product (pavers).  I wanted to add to my existing patio surrounding my pool, but did not want to deal with Yard of Dreams at all.  I was worried about finding the pavers, but Brad talked to contacts and was quickly able to find the pavers and have them at my house ready to begin the project.  My husband and I could even believe it since the other company would have us wait months for delivery of the pavers!
While waiting for the pavers Vista began the driveway work.  They knew that we had discussed adding an irrigation line from the meter and held up completion so that we could get a plumber and the city out to prepare for the irrigation line.  We were very appreciative that they had realized it before pouring the driveway.  It would have been a big hassle and more expensive had we not prepped it during the pouring of the driveway.  The driveway was completed exactly as discussed and looks great.  
The covered patio was built with beautiful wood and Brad's suggestion of proportions and height were perfect.  We were trying to have the size work with surrounding structures.  Although he had not fooled with a galvanized roof material before he researched the material and process and it looks great and also matches the nearby existing galvanized roof.
Vista has a number of supervisors and workers who are all energetic workers.  They do not rush through any of the work and are knowledgable.  Brad and John, one of Brad's supervisors, was continually checking on the progress of the projects and making sure the materials were on site so there were no hold ups.  I very much appreciated the communication after having a bad experience with Yard of Dreams.  Vista's workers were friendly and conscientious.  If they had any time that they were waiting on a delivery they would find something else to do.  I didn't even have to ask them to backfill an area that had been dug up for the plumber.  They just said that they thought it might rain later and that the mud would wash down the driveway so they went ahead and shoveled it back where it belonged!
As the job went on I asked if they could make suggestions for plants.  They plants were delivered and planted timely! Vista made it a real pleasure getting ready for summer fun in our yard rather than the dread of a lot of work to be done for the summer.

Foreman remained on job, and so did I, and they had a great crew.

Everything initially looked fine, but about 1/4 of the mondo grass was left in the plugs, and the new ferns are looking weak, however the ferns they transplanted are doing fine.

It went fine.  The crew worked very hard and they did everything I asked them to do. We have always used Vista and never had any problems.  If there is a mistake, they take care of it right away.

They completed the work on schedule and at the estimated cost and followed up promptly to be sure we were satisfied.

They're reasonably priced, prompt and thorough. I'll continue to use their services in the future.

I really like Brad.  He is very honest and dependable also.  He has given me good feedback on questions that I have asked him.  That's why we felt confident going with him in terms of doing our landscape project.  He understood what it was that we were trying to accomplish back there.  He really took our budget to heart and helped us make sure that we were staying within our planned amount for the project.  The company is very professional and dependable.  They always cleaned up after themselves and took care of our property as though it was their own.  They are a top notch company.

These guys are fantastic!  Strong, reliable, creative, dependable.  I first needed a horrible leaky in-ground cement swimming pool ground out and demolished. Then, they filled in my back yard with sand and sod, dug out and created a paved sidewalk, and designed and  landscaped my new backyard. Finally, they worked with my design ideas and created a lovely in-ground fish pond with fountain.  The guys that I dealt with regarding design, cost, and scheduling were reliable, honest, smart and just really good guys.  The guys who worked alongside them to do some of the hard, physical labor were also thoughtful, respectful and trustworthy in and around my home.  The pricing was very fair, and they all went above and beyond in many ways. Recommend them completely and would use them again in a heartbeat.
