The Cracked Pot landscaping team just redid my front landscaping. They removed the old flower bed and replaced it with all new plants, shrubs,an annuals. The design layout is beautiful and we are very satisfied

I couldn't be happier. They dealt with landscaping issues that were not anticipated as a result of hurricane IDA, but came through like the professionals they are. Donna and Bob were hands on working side by side with their crew. I would highly recommend them. They care and take a personal interest in your satisfaction.

Extraordinary work by Donna and Bob Yeager to resolve our chronic backyard flooding problem. Installed catchment drains and pipes out to the street. Then regraded yard and installed sod. Great work effort. Reasonable prices. Look no further for a reliable, hard-working, local, family-owned and operated landscaping company. I highly recommend TCP Landscaping.

Great! They were punctual, communicative, and did a great job.

Bob and Alex did a great job resetting our pool pavers that were dislodged by Hurricane Zeta. They made sure the pavers were put back exactly where they were before the storm so that our pool fence could be put back up properly. They also added concrete under the pavers to keep them in place forever. The price was very reasonable as well. I’ve had other work done by Cracked Pot before and would definitely hire them again.

Do not hire them! Donna and Bob were hired to resod my backyard, part of my front yard, landscape the back and put in side drainage. They did not kill my weeds first!! They just tossed the weeds so now my new yard is completely taken over!! Look at the pictures..nothing but weeds. They did not use a leveler to level my yard. Bob said they have good eyes...whatever that means. We have dips and low spots throughout our entire yard. They did not bring in enough sand for my backyard so my grass has died and/or been taken over by weeds! The drains were very poorly installed and without the proper grading. We emailed Bob and Donna to let them know that we had the LSU ag center come out because we couldn’t understand why our grass was so wet and dying and to address the other issues. We told them of all of the issues the LSU ag saw: improper grading, not enough sand, etc. We never heard from them! Do not hire them! This is a waste of your money! We now have to hire someone else to resod the whole yard and correct the drainage. The cost will be at least 10k!!

Donna, her son, husband and crew did a beautiful job cleaning out our jungle of a front yard, pruning and removing overgrowth, installed professional bordered pathways, subtle plantings and mulch. They worked hard, were prompt, very courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again!

The difference in the appearance of the yard is just amazing. Although it was a relatively small project they took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve and how we wanted the shrubbery trimmed. We plan to have them back in the Spring to freshen-up the yard the again. We could not be more pleased.

Everything went according to my expectations.

The service and communication were top-notch. Also, the work they did was perfect. There was a problem with an unmarked buried electrical line that the utility service did not mark, and they took care of that quickly (and didn't charge us extra). I highly recommend The Cracked Pot! Donna and her husband did an excellent and very timely job at my uptown rental yard laying down about 1,000 SqFt of SOD. They removed the old dead grass, broadcast pesticide, added turf mix, leveled, laid the SOD, did initial watering and hauled off debris. We are very please with their work and plan to use them again soon at my home.

Donna came to look at the job and we discussed what would be done. She said she is "putting her son to work.” When the son and his friend got here everything that was discussed didn't happen. The sod was supposed to be put in the corner of my yard where it was needed. Instead it got put in black bags stacked up on my front lawn. The circle however was poorly done. On one side it was 18 1/2 ft and the other was 20 ft across. I was still pulling out weeds and grass and had to level it better before we could even put the pool up. Donna and I also discussed sand being laid down for leveling and that also never occurred. I am very disappointed.

They were awesome. The work was completed in the time stated. They are very very nice people.

The owners suggested plants on what I told them I wanted. The crew arrived on time, got to work, finished in a day, and were very professional. Over a month later, the plants are thriving, and the garden is beautiful. All at a very affordable price.

After the hurricane passed, work was done promptly and professionally. Very personable and a pleasure to work with with.

The Cracked Pot was very prompt to give me an estimate, and just as timely to perform the work. In fact, they completed the work in one day! It's clear they take pride in their work, as they were careful to replace the sod after installing the drain system. I was impressed with other details, and would definitely hire again. In fact, I'm interested to hire them later in the year to help with some landscaping ideas.

Wonderfully! The work they did was beyond my expectations! Donna,Bob and their hard working teammates designed a peaceful, beautiful lovely yard for my husband and I! We are thrilled!

VERY WELL DONE

Cracked Pot performed an excellent job. They first tilled the ground, leveled it, then sodded. All three of the staff, Donna, Bob, and Jay Yeager are hard working, friendly, and very professional. They provided me a plan for treatment of the lawn when they finished. The grass which is three weeks looks great!
